If you like gyoza, then you must go to Utsunomiya in Tochigi, the gyoza prefecture, at least once. It’s one of the places I always want to go whenever I’m in Tochigi. Just imagining the plump skin overflowing with meaty juices makes my mouth water… Tochigi has many famous shops that offer a variety of gyoza such as boiled gyoza along with next to the standard pan fried ones.
